1. How to Return an Item for Refund:
You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To begin your return:

- Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label (Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD).
- Print and attach the label securely to your package, then drop it off at your nearest courier point.
Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Items must be free from odours, stains, scratches, or any signs of wear.
Returns are not accepted if:
- Tags or labels have been removed or damaged.
- The request is made after 30 days.
2. How to Exchange an Item:
We’re happy to offer exchanges for items that are in unused and original condition.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@berlinvogue.store.
- Provide your order number, a brief note on the issue, and the size, colour, or product you’d like instead.
- Once your exchange is approved, we’ll issue a free prepaid return label.
- After your returned item arrives and is checked, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
- If your requested replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
3. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
- Refunds are always sent to your original payment method in GBP (£).
- Any minor bank conversion charges are responsibility of the customer.
- If your return does not meet our return conditions, our team will contact you to discuss next steps.
4. Late or Missing Refunds:
